ENTERGY CORPORATION

CORPORATE CREDIT CARDS

The Company has an agreement with RiverLand Credit Union whereby employees who incur business related expenses, or those required to travel on Company business, may be issued an Entergy Corporate Card.  These cards will be issued in the employee’s name and the employee will be responsible for all charges.  Entergy Corporate Cards are to be used only for business related expenses. Charges will be reimbursed through the employee’s expense account.  Service charges for cash advances and finance charges for open balances, caused by the timing of expense account reimbursement, may be approved, at the discretion of your supervisor, provided such expenses are reasonable.  Other corporate travel credit cards will be canceled. Employees will not be reimbursed for annual fees on their personal credit cards and anyone presently having permanent travel advances should be prepared to return them upon receipt of their Entergy Corporate Card.

4) Upon completion of the authorization process, RiverLand Credit Union will notify employees of the issue status and will mail an Entergy Corporate Card to approved employees.

Eligibility

Generally, employees who travel on company business are expected to utilize an Entergy Corporate Card rather than securing cash advances from their respective company.  Supervisors will determine the credit limit appropriate for each employee on a case-by-case basis.  Credit cards may be used to secure cash advances for incidental expense such as tips, taxi fares, etc., and are to be used to charge hotel bills, rental cars, airline tickets, meal expenses, conference and seminar registration fees, meeting and party planning, and business necessities.

Employees not having credit cards or traveling for extended periods in locations where MasterCard is not accepted will continue to secure trip advances and pay for such expenses in cash.  Employees may be reimbursed for the cost of securing travelers checks and are encouraged to do so, as the Company is not responsible for funds that are lost or stolen.

Procedure for Securing Entergy Corporate Cards, Transferred Employees Requesting Continued Use, & Request for Credit Limit Increases

Employees requiring an Entergy Corporate Card are required to complete the request form for authorization processing which requires approval by their supervisor along with final determination by RiverLand Credit Union.  Upon completion of the authorization process, RiverLand Credit Union will notify employees of the issue status and mail an Entergy Corporate Card to approved employees.  Should an employee leave the company, it is their responsibility to immediately cease use of the card, cut the card in half, and promptly return the card to their Supervisor.

In the case of inter-system transfers, the employee’s Supervisor will be required to authorize continued use of the Entergy Corporate Card as indicated on the request form.  Should an employee’s job necessitate an increase in their credit limit, a completed request form is required.  If the increase is needed quickly, they should forward the document to their supervisor with an urgent notation.

Billing

Statements will be mailed directly to cardholders and payment is the responsibility of the cardholder.  Payment is due, in full, each month, by the statement due date.  Cardholders are responsible for filing expense accounts promptly so that reimbursement may be accomplished without incurring finance charges or late fees.

Credit Information

By requesting an Entergy Corporate Card, an employee authorizes RiverLand Credit Union to investigate their credit history when processing, or reviewing, their account.  It is also agreed that RiverLand Credit Union may disclose information regarding cardholders’ accounts to credit bureaus and creditors who inquire about credit standings.  RiverLand Credit Union is further authorized to make cardholder charge receipts and statements available to Entergy, and Federal or State Regulatory Agencies, at any time.
