A New Choice
RiverLand Credit Union has joined with other credit unions, in a cooperative effort to bring you a new choice in financial convenience, the “CU Service Centers® Network.” You can now perform many financial transactions and obtain services, nationwide, at more than 5,000 shared branches of other credit unions belonging to the network.

By using CU Service Centers shared branches, your membership and accounts remain at RiverLand, but you can access your accounts and conduct business at any of the convenient branch locations.  At shared branches you can do everything from make deposits, withdrawals, balance inquiries, loan payments, and loan advances, plus much more.

How to Access
You need three things to access your account:

1. The name of your credit union, city, and state

    RiverLand Credit Union, New Orleans, LA
2. Your account number

    (you must have your correct account number)
3. A valid U.S./state government issued picture I.D. with signature

Cash Withdrawal Limits
CU Service Centers may limit cash withdrawals to $500 per day regardless of RiverLand Credit Union’s policy.

Holds and Deposited Funds
Funds deposited at shared branches may not be available for immediate withdrawal. Holds are placed on items deposited based on RiverLand Credit Union’s hold policies, not the shared branch location. Shared branches cannot remove a hold placed on deposits. To request the removal of a hold, you must contact the Member Services Department of RiverLand. Refer to RiverLand Credit Union’s Funds Availability Policy for further information. CU Service Centers shared branches reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any item presented for deposit or payment. For further information, please contact RiverLand.

Stop Payments
CU Service Centers shared branches cannot accept a stop payment request on personal checks. You must contact RiverLand directly if you wish to place a stop payment on a check drawn against your account. If you need to place a stop payment on a check you obtained from a CU Service Centers shared branch, such as a Cashier’s Check, Money Order, or official check, you must contact the CU Service Centers branch location where you obtained the item. You may be required to complete an indemnity agreement.
