Q: How much does it cost?
A: EzCardInfo Online Services is offered free to our members. You must have your own computer equipment, and you pay for any connection charge and any charges associated with your Internet service provider (AOL, MSN, Earthlink, etc.).

Q: What kind of equipment and software do I need?
A: No special equipment or software is needed. You only need access to the Internet. Your web browser must support Secure Socket Layers (SSL). Acceptable browsers are:

• Netscape Navigator 3.0 or higher, with optimal performance at 4.6+
• Microsoft Internet Explorer version 3.2 or higher, with optimal performance at 4.0+
• America Online software for Windows version 4.0+

Q: What Information do I need to Enroll?
A: You need to enter the following information:

• Credit Card Account Number
• Your name as it appears on the card (primary cardholder)
• The last seven digits of your phone number
• Your Social Security Number
• Your Zip or Postal Code
• Your Mother's Maiden Name
• Card Verification Number (the last three digits of the number on the signature panel on the
back of your credit card)

Q: How do I choose my User Name and Password?
A: After we have authenticated your Cardholder Information online, a page is displayed allowing you to choose your User Name and Password.

Q: Can I change my User Name and Password?
A: Yes. Once you have successfully enrolled and logged in to EzCardInfo Online Services, you can use the Cardholder Profile feature to change your User Name and Password.
