Our mobile banking services deliver account access to you anywhere, anytime, through your cell phone. So regardless if you are at home, at work, or at play you can be in touch with your RiverLand accounts, day or night. Mobile banking is available, FREE*, to all members with our Free Internet Banking service, NetTeller.

All of our Mobile Banking services are available to members through NetTeller, our Free Internet Banking service. NetTeller, eAlerts, TextRCU, and our Smartphone Apps are offered at no charge to RiverLand Credit Union members however standard wireless carrier text and data charges may apply so check with your wireless provider for details.

With RiverLand’s eAlerts, you can keep track of your finances better than ever before, all with the speed of an e-mail or a text message. Plus, your eAlerts can act as an early-warning system, notifying you about possible identity theft or security breaches of your accounts. You can send eAlerts to any mobile device or cell phone that has a valid e-mail address. eAlerts may be sent to you as either an e-mail or a text message however the process varies depending on your service provider and style of phone—and there may be additional fees involved—so contact your wireless service provider for details about sending e-mail to your phone.

To get started

Login to NetTeller, click on the eAlerts link in the top menu, and click on the E-mail Setup tab and register your e-mail address (You may register up to 5 e-mail addresses to receive eAlerts). Then click on the Add Alert tab to activate the alerts you wish to receive.

Via SMS text messages, TextRCU provides NetTeller Internet Banking users an easy and convenient way to access and manage their RiverLand accounts. With TextRCU you can make quick balance inquiries, view account history, and make transfers between your accounts. For increased security, you can also lock, and unlock, your NetTeller access.

To get started

Login to NetTeller, click on the Text RCU link in the top menu, and register your mobile device. You will be asked to enter your 11-digit mobile phone number. Next you will receive an activation code via text message that must be entered into the screen immediately. Once you’re registered, text a message to 90703 and we’ll text you back. You can register multiple devices in the same manner. Hint: For easy access, add to your contact list our TextRCU #90703.

Example #1: I want my checking account balance.

Text “RCU BAL” to 90703
You will receive a list of your accounts:
1. S0000 Prime Savings
2. S0011 Checking
3. L0001 Auto Loan

Text “RCU 2” (for the listed item you want)

You will then receive a reply that reads:

Share – Checking – Curr. Bal = $??, Avail. Bal = $??

You may also use this shortcut command to bypass the account list: text “RCU BAL S0011” and you will receive your balance.

Example #2: I want to transfer $250 from my checking account to my auto loan.

For the shortcut command: Text “RCU TRAN S0011 L0001 250”
You will receive a message requesting confirmation of the transfer.

Text “RCU YES”
You will receive a message confirming completion of the transfer.

RiverLand’s mobile banking applications for the iPhone and Android allow you to access your RiverLand accounts wirelessly via the Internet through NetTeller, our FREE Internet Banking service. Now you can view your account history, make balance inquiries, transfer funds, transfer loan payments, and make payments to your RiverLand MasterCard all through your phone. To get started

Visit the iTunes App Store or Android Market and search:RiverLand. Once you download our app, the login process is simple just use your established NetTeller, User Name and Access Code (password).
